Terms and Conditions

Effective Date: September 22, 2026

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the Wipro Linecraft AI platform and associated services.

Introduction

Welcome to Wipro Linecraft AI. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of our manufacturing intelligence software, products, and services. By accessing or using our platforms, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Products Covered

Ikshana

Ikshana is an Industrial AI Platform designed for comprehensive flow analysis. Its capabilities include machine monitoring, providing production overviews, identifying bottlenecks within manufacturing production lines, and loss management.

Rishi AI

Rishi AI is an Industrial Agentic AI Platform designed to provide conversational interfaces for manufacturing data. It allows natural language queries for 40+ manufacturing KPIs, performs root cause analysis (RCA), and generates automated, shareable reporting.

Cloud Deployment & Responsibilities

Wipro Linecraft AI services are provided exclusively as cloud-based deployments. Linecraft AI is fully responsible for installing, configuring, and updating all software services on our cloud infrastructure. Furthermore, Linecraft AI continuously optimizes software services to enhance performance, security, and reliability for customers maintaining a valid subscription plan.

Monitoring & Data Archival

Linecraft AI proactively monitors software services to ensure high availability, track performance metrics, and identify/mitigate security vulnerabilities. Additionally, to ensure optimal product performance and database health, Linecraft AI implements automated data archival mechanisms in accordance with our standard data archival policy.

Collaboration & Escalation

Successful deployment requires collaborative problem-solving. Customers and Linecraft AI agree to maintain open communication channels to report any software or performance issues promptly. In the event of software service disruptions, customers must escalate these issues directly to Linecraft AI's support team for resolution.

Remote Support

If a customer opts out of Linecraft AI's add-on paid remote support services, the customer assumes full responsibility for managing their own end-user connectivity, network access, and internal IT troubleshooting. In such cases, Linecraft AI's responsibility is limited strictly to managing the availability of the cloud server hosting the product.

Service Level Agreement (SLA)

We categorize issues to prioritize resolution effectively:

  • Critical Bugs: Identified when users are unable to log in, the product becomes completely unusable, or a core product feature becomes unusable with no available workaround, causing the highest impact on business operations. The SLA for resolving critical bugs is 24-48 hours.
  • Non-Critical Bugs: Issues that do not severely impact the core user experience or critical business operations. The SLA for resolving non-critical bugs ranges from 4 days to 30 days, depending on complexity and severity.

Note: The SLA start time is calculated from the time the bug is fully reported and any required remote diagnostic access to the environment is available.

Policy Review

This policy will be reviewed annually and updated as necessary to ensure continued compliance with legal, operational, and regulatory requirements.
