Reports

The Reports module lets you schedule or generate reports using templates, offering a unified view of data across the platform for different use cases.

Access the Reports dashboard from the main menu. It shows all available templates, your scheduled and received reports, key metrics (sent/received counts, user interactions), and a “New Report” button to create or schedule a report.

In Scheduled Reports, you can view and manage your automated reports with details like module, shift, frequency, time range, recipients, and next generation date. Reports can be edited or deleted and sorted/filtered by various criteria.

The Received Reports section lists incoming reports with similar info. You can sort by date or filter by module, shift, or frequency. A view button opens each report.

Use On-demand Reports to create instant reports. Once generated, they appear in a list with their module, shifts, date, resolution, status, and a view button.
