The Overview section provides a summary of machine production. It defaults to the end-of-line machine and displays key metrics like a progress bar for the current shift, total parts produced (good/bad), OEE, availability, performance, quality, and downtime. Additional insights include MTTR, MTBF, part-type breakdown, and JPH timeseries data.

This information can be viewed either shift-wise or day-wise.

In the Analysis section, you can explore machine data across a custom date range. It includes downloadable graphs for overall production, JPH and OEE trends, bad part type pareto charts, and asset-level comparisons for production, JPH losses, and bad parts.

The Manage Schedule tab opens a new browser window where you can adjust shifts and targets. You can view and edit shifts and breaks, mark days off, reset changes, and set part-wise targets for each shift within a selected date range.

Clicking on Calendar opens a day-wise view of production metrics for a selected machine. Hovering over any date reveals detailed performance insights for that specific day.
