Condition Monitoring

This module lets you set up alerts for specific conditions across machines, lines, or cells. You can access it via the main menu by clicking the “Condition Monitoring” option.

The Overview tab shows a summary of triggered alerts, alert trends, top alerting parameters, top 5 assets and cells. You can change the time range (e.g., Today, Last 7 days, Last quarter) and create new alerts using the “Create Alert” button.

Clicking “Create Alert” opens a setup screen where you define the alert group, trigger conditions (parameter, level, condition, frequency), and recipients.

Once an alert has been created, you can view alerts that you have created under the “My Alerts” tab.

This tab lists all alerts you’ve created. If empty, a prompt to create your first alert appears. You can view alerts by group name or level, sort/filter them, and make edits.

My alert also allows to display alerts grouped by displays alerts grouped by line, cell, asset, or sub-assembly. You can sort and edit alerts.

Team Alerts - Shows alerts set by other users for you. If none exist, the screen is empty. You can sort, filter, and enable/disable alerts in this list.

Alert History - Lists all alerts received in a selected date range. If alerts are available, they’re shown with sorting/filter options. A “Load new alerts” button appears if new alerts are available.

When alerts are triggered, recipients receive in-app notifications, SMS, and/or emails—depending on how the alert was configured.
